Review of the agreed vehicle purchase price, deal structure, and every product and charge appearing on the quote or purchase agreement
Assessment of whether the purchase price and overall deal are fair relative to current market conditions
If financing terms (interest rate, term length, monthly payment) appear on the dealer’s quote, those terms are reviewed and guidance provided on the rate
Identification of any concerns with any element of the deal — price, financing, or back-end products — before you sign
Clear verbal or written summary of findings

Back-end and finance office products appearing on the deal are reviewed on an advisory basis only. This package does not include negotiation of any element of the deal. Advisory-only scope under this service level. No dealer communication, negotiation, or third-party representation is included.

Your only responsibilities are arranging vehicle insurance and picking up the vehicle from the dealership; ClearCut Auto Inc. handles everything else.

50% Engagement Retainer of $1,250.00 + GST ($1,312.50) due upfront via Stripe upon signing of the Client Service Agreement. Remaining 50% balance of $1,250.00 + GST ($1,312.50) due upon delivery of the vehicle to, or collection by, you via Stripe payment link, payable within 24 hours.

Priority sourcing and accelerated response times
Paperwork coordination — the selling dealer prepares the purchase documents, and ClearCut Auto Inc. checks them before they go to you for signing, digitally where the selling dealer allows
Insurance assistance — guidance and coordination to help you arrange vehicle insurance prior to delivery
Local delivery where the selling dealer offers it: the vehicle is delivered from the selling dealer to you upon completion of all paperwork and insurance arrangements
Where the selling dealer permits signing away from the dealership, ClearCut Auto Inc. collects the purchase documents, brings them to you for signing and returns them to the dealer (Lower Mainland; Vancouver Island and the Okanagan subject to scheduling). If the selling dealer does not deliver, transport is quoted by a third-party carrier, approved by you in writing and paid by you directly to the carrier, or you collect the vehicle. For Clients outside these areas, Concierge availability, service scope and responsibility for travel and transport costs must be agreed in writing before you sign the Client Service Agreement or pay a service fee. Delivery is made by the selling dealer, or you collect; ClearCut Auto Inc. does not drive client vehicles. Where the selling dealer is outside your local area, transport is over and above the service fee — quoted by a third-party carrier, approved by you in writing, and paid by you directly to the carrier.

ClearCut Relocation

$2,000 plus GST
50% Engagement Retainer of $1,000.00 + GST ($1,050.00) due upfront via Stripe upon signing of the Client Service Agreement. Remaining 50% balance of $1,000.00 + GST ($1,050.00) due when you collect the vehicle from the selling dealer, via Stripe payment link, payable within 24 hours.

Clients moving to British Columbia from abroad who want the vehicle handled — the market, the financing, and the paperwork — while they focus on the move itself.

Negotiation plus newcomer support — relocating from abroad
Everything in ClearCut Negotiation — all vehicle negotiations, financing structure, and back-end product negotiations
Vehicle selection for the BC market — needs and lifestyle assessment and a make and model shortlist tailored to your needs and budget
Newcomer financing — identifying the lender programs available to clients without an established Canadian credit history, and structuring the deal to fit their requirements
Documentation coordination — assembling what the lender, the dealership, and ICBC require from a client who is new to Canada
Insurance and driver’s licence guidance — you arrange ICBC Autoplan through a licensed Autoplan broker before collecting the vehicle
Pre-arrival coordination — remote consultations across time zones, the purchase timed to your arrival date, and paperwork signed digitally where the selling dealer allows
Delivery is not included — you collect the vehicle from the selling dealer

For clients relocating to British Columbia from outside Canada who need a vehicle when they arrive. ClearCut Auto Inc. does not provide immigration, legal, or licensed insurance advice.

Good to know

→All fees are paid directly by you to ClearCut Auto Inc. ClearCut Auto Inc. does not receive compensation from dealerships, lenders, or third parties.
→Work commences immediately upon receipt of payment. Fees are consideration for services performed and are non-refundable. These terms do not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in British Columbia. Refunds will be issued only where ClearCut Auto Inc. is unable to deliver the contracted services for reasons within its control, or by mutual written agreement between ClearCut Auto Inc. and the Client.
→ClearCut Auto Inc. does not accept, hold, or transfer vehicle purchase funds on behalf of the Client.
→All fees are subject to GST (5%) as required by the Excise Tax Act (Canada). All service fees are collected electronically through Stripe. Payment may be made by debit card or credit card, at online checkout when booking or via a secure Stripe payment link. ClearCut Auto Inc. does not accept cash payments.
→ClearCut Auto Inc. does not guarantee financing approval, vehicle availability, or a specific pricing outcome — fee is retained as compensation for all work performed if transaction does not proceed.
→All services are provided on a client-representation basis. ClearCut Auto Inc. acts solely in the best interest of the Client. For licensed insurance products (life, disability, and critical illness coverage), ClearCut Auto Inc. does not provide licensed insurance advice; any insurance-specific advice must be obtained from a properly licensed insurance professional.
