Who We Are & What We Do

  • ClearCut Auto Inc. is a VSA-licensed broker-agent operating in British Columbia
  • We act exclusively as your buyer's representative — we have no relationship with any dealership that affects our recommendations
  • Our licence requires us by law to act in your exclusive interest on every transaction

Our Fee Structure

  • Fees are paid directly by you to ClearCut Auto Inc. — no dealer compensation, no kickbacks
  • All fees are quoted in Canadian dollars and shown before GST (5%), which is added at checkout
  • Payment is collected via Stripe (debit or credit card) — no cash accepted
  • Work commences immediately upon receipt of payment
  • For Reserve clients, 50% is due upfront and 50% at delivery

Refunds & Cancellation

  • Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced — the fee is consideration for services performed
  • Refunds will be issued where ClearCut Auto Inc. is unable to deliver contracted services for reasons within our control
  • Refunds may also be issued by mutual written agreement between both parties
  • If a transaction does not proceed after work has been completed, the fee is retained as compensation for all work performed

Scope of Representation

  • The scope of services is defined by the package you select (see Schedule A for full detail)
  • Advisory packages (Clarity, Strategy, Discovery) do not include dealer communication or negotiation
  • Negotiation packages include direct dealer communication on your behalf
  • ClearCut Auto Inc. does not accept, hold, or transfer vehicle purchase funds on your behalf
  • Financing approval, vehicle availability, and pricing outcomes are not guaranteed

Disclosures

  • ClearCut Auto Inc. will disclose any material conflict of interest in writing before proceeding
  • We do not provide licensed insurance advice — life, disability, and critical illness coverage advice must come from a licensed insurance professional
