When a ClearCut client is buying in your area, the dealers on our First Call List are the first we reach out to for a quote.
Our clients have already hired and paid a broker to handle their purchase. They are not tire-kickers — they are ready to move on the right numbers.
There is no fee to join the list and no commitment. You simply get the first opportunity to earn the sale when we are sourcing in your market.
Joining the First Call List creates no preferred status, no referral or commission, no exclusivity, and no relationship that influences which vehicles or dealers we recommend. ClearCut Auto Inc. acts buyer-side only and exclusively for the Client, accepts no payment from dealerships or lenders, and discloses any actual or potential conflict of interest to the Client as soon as it becomes known.
The online sign-up is on the way. For now, reach out directly and we will add your dealership to the list.
Call 604-834-1922 Email to JoinThe same three calculators from our tools page — loan progress, payment-to-price, and a cash-buyer solver — with BC’s tiered PST, GST and federal luxury tax built in. This version has no sign-up and no pitch, so you can pull it up right at the desk.
See what a car loan really costs you — the total interest you pay on top of the price. Enter the amount you are financing, your rate, and your term, and you will see the payment, the full payment-by-payment schedule, and the interest you will hand the bank over the life of the loan. Most people never add that number up. Already financing? Set your first payment to when the loan started to see how much interest you have paid so far and where your balance sits today.
Starting figures are around the Canadian average — a typical amount financed at a typical auto-loan rate over a mid-range term (AutoTrader; Bank of Canada, 2026). Enter whatever you are financing — if that number already has tax rolled in, so will your result. Change any of it to your own numbers.
Knowing the real number before you walk in is exactly what we do for you.
This is an approximation tool, not a financing offer, quote, or financial advice. Every figure on this page is an estimate produced from the numbers you entered. Your actual rate, payment, and terms depend on lender approval, your credit profile, and the deal you negotiate.
Interest paid so far and balance today will not match your lender exactly. These figures assume the loan started on the date you entered and that every payment has been made in full, on time, and in the same amount. Late payments, missed payments, extra or lump-sum payments, deferrals, payment holidays, refinancing, a different actual interest rate, or fees and penalties charged by your lender will all change the real numbers. Lenders also accrue interest daily and payment dates shift with weekends and holidays, so small differences are normal even on a perfectly kept loan. Your lender’s statement or written payout quote is the only accurate record of what you owe and what you have paid.
This tool finances exactly the amount you enter and does not calculate sales tax. If you want your payment to reflect BC tax, enter an amount that already includes it, or use the Payment to Price tab, which applies BC tax in full. Figures exclude dealer documentation fees, levies, registration, and insurance.

Most calculators start with the price and give you a payment. This one works the way real budgets do: enter the payment you can afford, your rate and term, and it solves backwards for the maximum all-in vehicle price — with BC’s tiered PST and GST applied automatically.
Starting figures are around the Canadian average — roughly what an average-priced new vehicle costs to finance in BC at a typical rate and term (AutoTrader; Bank of Canada, 2026). Every number here is tax in: full BC tax, nothing down. The national average you will see quoted elsewhere — around $900 a month — is a before-tax figure that assumes money down, so a real all-in payment runs higher. Change any of it to your own numbers.

Estimate only. Taxes are calculated for the vehicle type you select — GST plus BC’s tiered PST, with federal luxury tax on passenger vehicles over $100,000. Zero-emission vehicles use the higher ZEV PST thresholds; non-passenger vehicles (1-ton and up, large cargo vans, motorhomes) are a flat 7% PST with no luxury tax. The exact amount still depends on the make, model and your specific situation. Your PST rate is set by the full sale price before trade-in, then charged on the after-trade difference. Actual financing depends on lender approval, credit profile, and negotiated rate. Status-exempt purchases are not modelled.
Same tool as Payment to Price, built for a cash buyer. Enter the cash you have to put toward the deal — taxes in — and it solves backwards for the maximum vehicle sale price you can negotiate to, with BC’s tiered PST, GST and federal luxury tax applied automatically.
Every number here is tax in: no financing, so the amount you enter is the total cash leaving your account, taxes included. Add a trade allowance or lien only if they apply — leave them at zero otherwise.
